Capturing the good, the bad and the ugly of lesser-known Spain and now Southeast Asia
(1/100, F5.6, ISO100, 41mm)
Beautiful colours and textures. I like your style and I will be dropping by often.
Thank you very much, David, and you’re very welcome, glad you enjoyed it!
El detalle es buenísimo! a mi me recuerda a las tejas de las casas antiguas, saludos
The detail is great! reminds me of the tiles of the old houses, Greetings
gracias, creo que esta scultura es misma antigua como las tejas de esas casas 🙂
Beautiful textures and colours. It’s interesting how flat/two-dimensional it appears despite (or perhaps because of?) the deep shadows between the robe’s folds. Lovely!
Thank you, Suzanne, not sure if I can explain how flat/two dimensional it is 🙂 The first rays of sun made it happen too i suppose.
Very nice. Love the rusty tones and textures.
Thanks a lot, stevie, appreciate the compliment.
I like the choice of cropping to create an abstract pattern in which colours, textures and lines combine to form a very pleasing composition.
Thanks, Louis, i’m glad you appreciate the abstractness, i thought it made it more interesting than the whole sculpture too.
Beautiful grime and rust in perfect harmony with the warm sun. Terrific shot. Henrik Approves! 🙂
Aaah, a Henrik approvement always makes me proud 🙂
Wonderful detail! Love the colours and textures
