(1/800, F8, ISO100, 31mm)
Now that looks cold…….!
I was standing in the snow myself, but luckily down in the valley it was summer!
thanks for the title.
Would have never guessed.
You’re welcome, you can see a little brownish in the higher part of the pine forest, or is that just my imagination?
I see it now u mention it.
Glad to hear that, I thought maybe knowing it made me make the colours up 🙂
A fascinating shot.
Thank you, Louis, very inspiring place it is.
Fantastic view, and nice processing to maintain the tone.
Thank you, on this one there wasnt hardly any except the usual conversion from RAW to JPEG, meaning a little contrast, but didnt want the sky to get noisy, so kept it down.
Thanks very much, Edith!
This is really really good… LOVE IT 🙂
Oops, 1 and a half year later but still want to thank you for your enthousiasm!
Have a great 2014,
Nice shot. I’ve taken a few pictures in the past that could easily be mistaken for b&w, but were in fact colour images.
Sometimes it’s diffcult to think of a new capture, so I thought to make it a bit explanatory 🙂 thanks
