Capturing the good, the bad and the ugly of lesser-known Spain and now Southeast Asia
(1/60, F5.6, ISO200, 18mm)
Beautiful image, full of interesting light and texture.
Beautiful compo and B&W conversion.
Dank je voor het compliment, Philip!
One of my all-time favorites of yours. Really magnificent image of a great location. Highly evocative.
Wow, thats a nice compliment, thanks! This location is amazing, I just read they closed it; hopefully meaning they think about how to maintain it, cuz it was the location of famous Spanish drama Blood Wedding by Lorca and used in many Leone movies!
Excellent control of tones and textures.
Thanks a lot, Louis! Greetings, Ron
Thanks, Gav, glad we share this taste 🙂
You always capture such marvelous textures in your images. Really really jealous right now ;D
Thats very nice of you to say, thanks; hope the jealousy, like I have when watching other photographers do stuff I wish I did, I hope to be inspired, the way you capture people for instance, unfortunately not in my photography-vocabulary, but I’m learning 🙂
such depth – lovely B&W
Thanks a lot, Scott!
Very atmospheric! 🙂
Thanks, not always sure bout B&W conversion but here it felt right!
Definitely right… I think ONLY b/w could have worked here.
