  1. This is amazing…I love all of your shots into abandoned places! They’ve always intrigued me..I love thinking about how years ago, people sat on that sofa and looked out on the gorgeous vista, and now time has changed it so dramatically into what you captured here. Thanks for sharing these amazing photos!

    • Thanks so much for stopping by to comment, Morgan!
These abandoned places carry so much stories – i´m always having the same feelings as you; who enjoyedthis view and/ or place and do they know what it looks like now?
Youre very welcome – thanks again for your enthousiasm, makes it worth sharing 😉
All the best to you, Ron.

    • Hi Robert, yeah what a view, unbelievable that this is abandoned, the structure itself is perfectly placed and modern, but guess the crisis here in Spain destroyed a lot! Thanks, Ron.

    • Hi John, nice to hear it caught your attention; i know the site but am always a bit hesitant when it comes to Spanish sites, but I guess I shouldnt be…
That site actually – along with many others – gives me good info on places and probably saw it there too. Was looking for a site where they had photos of the place jsut after abandoning, which looked so cool with almost everything intact 😉
      Thanks and greetings, Ron.

    • Hi Patti, it´s back to real moss almost!
Those mountains are a sight of its own, but this sofa was pretty well placed indeed 🙂
Greetings and thanks for your enthousiasm, Ron.

    • Hola Meg, thank you, so glad to hear I don´t have to tell a story and the photo was enough help 🙂
Tried the couch but opted for a piece of lonely cushion instead
      Greetings, Ron.

  2. Your remarkable journeys into relics spark the imagination.
I always feel as if you’re about 20 paces ahead and as I struggle to keep up I hear you gasp
so I hurry the more and there is some incredible vista where you stand and click.
And always stunning color. Nice job.

    • Wow, thanks very much, Barbara, so nice to read your beautiful comments.
It may look like that but I´m more the slow traveler and photographer and with urbex very on the safe side as well; even sat looking around and enjoying the view before I had an idea of how to photograph, so time enough 😉
All the best to you, greetings, Ron.

    • Hi Brian, yep nothing more than abandoned for a couple of years now. You would assume on such a spot with the only ski options around Madrid next to it and such a view, somebody would have an idea with it, but guess money is a problem in this country nowadays!
      Greetings, Ron.
